Water is one of the most important substances that we need to sustain on this earth. The element water, called “apas” in Sanskrit, is the fourth of the five great elements (pancha mahabhutus).  Drinking hot water daily has some exclusive benefits for your health. In Ayurveda, it is called as Ushnodaka Therapy i.e. Ayurvedic way to drink water as a practice where the water is either boiled or slightly warm. Essentially, it is an Ayurveda water drinking therapy.
