# Saptamrit Lauh

Saptamrit Lauh is an Ayurvedic medicine used as a source of Iron, since it contains Iron calx (Bhasma) as the main ingredient.

**Common Usage: **Emesis, Dyspepsia, Fever, Obstruction in urinary tract, early stage of Cataract, Tiredness without exertion/Languor, Distension of abdomen due to obstruction to passage of urine and stools, Inflammation

**Dosage: **1 tablet/capsule two times a day after 30 min of each meal with water or as directed by your health care provider.
