To tackle it naturally ancient Acharyas suggested Hingvastak Churana. It helps to maintain the digestion, inhibit or lowers the ama by relieving indigestion.
Common Usage: It is very useful in the management of indigestion. It relives cramping and pain in abdomen, constipation, gas and bloating. It relieves congestion of lungs, bronchitis and asthma.
Dosage: 2-3g powder two times a day after 30 min of each meal with water or as directed by your health care provider.
